We’re in historic Battle Ground, the gateway to the Mt. St. Helens and Lewis River recreational areas. Northwood is a family-friendly gathering place for comfortable dining, great craft beer, and an exceptional whiskey list. Our menu features many locally sourced ingredients with plenty of healthy options. In addition to our own our Northwood beers that brings you small-batch beers, we highlight an ever changing array of the west’s best craft beers and pride ourselves in an exceptional whisky list.
Guests can drink, dine and socialize in the main room of the pub under soaring ceilings made cozy by roomy booths and our huge stammtisch table. Hang out in the taproom, catch a game at the bar, even relax outside on our patio during the summer months. A private banquet room is available for groups of up to 40.
The majority of our seating is reserved for walk-in first come/first serve.

Our Northwood Nano Brewery
The “Brewery” in our name refers to a 2 barrel system that sits in the front corner of our beer hall. What appears to be almost a miniature brewery display piece when not in use., is in fact a very much in-use Nano-brewery that is busy making a variety of interesting and tasty small batch brews. Brewers Gary Gross (also of Ethereal Meads) and Mike O’Heron create works of art on this brewing playground to bring “Big Beers from the Little Dipper” While it has never been our ambition to make a lot of beer, we work hard to make good beer. You’ll usually find at least a couple high gravity offerings on tap from the Little Dipper – sometimes more.
